Terms of use
Last updated: October 25, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms of use govern the use of Jecontact, an online dating service available on the website jecontact.zomil.app and in the mobile app, published by Zaulhat MILANDOU, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) trading under the name Zomil (see the legal notice). By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Registration
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- One account per person. The account is personal: it may not be shared or transferred.
- The information in your profile must be accurate: age, gender, photos, location.
- You must not hide your real identity or location (for example with a VPN or a proxy) in order to deceive other members.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
3. Your profile and your photos
Your profile lets you meet people, make friends or find your soulmate. By creating your profile and publishing photos, you agree to:
- publish real photos of yourself that are sharp and recognisable; AI-generated photos, photos of other people and duplicates are prohibited;
- publish no nudity or content of a sexual, exhibitionist, provocative, indecent or obscene nature;
- publish no photos of weapons or content related to violence;
- publish no discriminatory, defamatory or hateful statements;
- publish no commercial content (sales, recruiting customers or partners);
- not include in your profile any phone number, email address, social network or link to an external website.
4. Rules of conduct
- Respect other members: no insults, harassment, threats, mockery, or racist or discriminatory remarks.
- Do not impersonate another person.
- Do not share another member’s information without their consent.
- Do not send spam, mass messages, advertising or links to other services.
- Never ask for money and do not offer any paid service.
- Do not publish any illegal content or content promoting an illegal activity.
- Any content or behaviour related to child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSAE) is strictly prohibited and reported to the authorities.
5. Moderation and verification
Photos are analysed automatically and profiles may be checked by our team. The “verified profile” badge is granted after validation of a selfie reproducing a requested gesture. Every member can report or block a profile, a post, a comment or a conversation.
In the event of a breach of these terms, we may, depending on its seriousness: remove content, restrict certain features, suspend or delete the account. Except in urgent cases (members’ safety, illegal content, fraud), the decision is explained to you and you can contest it by writing to us via the contact page.
6. Paid features
Registration, browsing profiles, likes and chatting between members who have matched are free. Some features are paid:
- Diamonds: a virtual currency used for options (super like, message without a match, revealing likes received, boost, read receipt, etc.). The cost of each option is shown before you use it. Diamonds have no monetary value, are neither refundable, exchangeable nor transferable, and are lost if the account is deleted. In the app, diamonds can also be earned by watching video ads, within the limit shown.
- Premium: a subscription lasting from 1 to 12 months giving access to additional benefits described before purchase. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
Prices are shown including all taxes before each purchase. Purchases made in the app are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their own terms; refund requests must be addressed to them. When payment is offered directly on the website, its terms will be shown at the time of purchase.
Diamonds and the Premium subscription are digital content supplied immediately after purchase: by confirming the purchase, you request immediate supply and waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Options > Delete account, on the website or in the app. Deletion is permanent: your profile, photos and posts are erased and your conversations can no longer be accessed. An active subscription is not cancelled automatically: cancel it from Google Play or the App Store.
8. Safety and liability
Jecontact connects members but does not check each person’s identity, intentions or background. Be careful: do not share personal information too quickly, never transfer money to another member and choose a public place for a first date. Each member is solely responsible for their content, messages and behaviour, online and when meeting in person.
We do our best to keep the service available and working properly, but interruptions (maintenance, outage, update) may occur. We do not guarantee that using the service will lead to a meeting. Our liability can only be engaged in the event of proven fault on our part and within the limits provided by law.
9. Your content
You remain the owner of the content you publish. For as long as it is published, you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to host it, display it to other members and technically adapt it (format, size) to the needs of the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
10. Communications
We may send you notifications related to your activity (messages, likes, matches) and information about the service. You can turn them off at any time in Options or in your phone settings.
11. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. In the event of a significant change, you are informed on the website or in the app before it takes effect. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem, please contact us first via the contact page: we always look for an amicable solution. If you are a consumer, you can use the consumer mediator free of charge: to be completed. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts; consumers may refer the matter to the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded.
