Some data (login accounts, messaging, notifications) is hosted by Google Ireland Limited (Firebase service), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

3. Purpose of the service

Jecontact is an online dating service, available on the website and in the mobile app, that allows adults to create a profile, discover other members, exchange messages and publish content. Use of the service is governed by the terms of use.

4. Intellectual property

The Jecontact brand, logos, texts, images, graphic elements and software of the website and the app are the property of the publisher or used with the permission of their owners. Any full or partial reproduction, representation or adaptation without prior written permission is prohibited and may constitute infringement (articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).

Content published by members (photos, texts, videos) remains their property; the conditions for its use are set out in the terms of use.

5. Personal data and cookies

How your personal data is processed and how cookies are used is described in the privacy policy.

6. Reporting illegal content

Every profile, post, comment and conversation can be reported directly from the website or the app (“Report” button). You can also write to us via the contact page or at contact@zomil.app, stating the content concerned, the reason for the report and your contact details. This address is also the point of contact for the authorities.
